JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Sam: You go and talk to a probation officer and fill
out a booklet and you are allowed to write a
letter to the judge.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning?
Sam: NO police did not stop by.
JM: What was your court appearance like?
Sam: My court appearance was alright just like court
nervous.
